This easy and healthy grilled asparagus recipe makes for the perfect summer side dish. Use fresh, local asparagus for best results!
Ingredients
- Asparagus stalks, trimmed
- Virgin Olive Oil
- Sarafino Sea Salt
- Minced garlic
- Lemon Fused Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Fresh lemon
DIRECTIONS
- In a large bowl, toss asparagus in virgin olive oil, sea salt, and minced garlic. Let sit for 10 minutes
- Heat grill on high. Transfer asparagus to grill when grill is hot.
- Grill for 8-10 minutes over medium heat until the asparagus has reached your desired tenderness. Make sure to cook the asparagus over indirect heat and not directly over the flame
- Remove grilled asparagus from heat and garnish with Lemon Fused Extra Virgin Olive Oil, a squeeze of lemon juice, and sea salt
