This easy and healthy grilled asparagus recipe makes for the perfect summer side dish. Use fresh, local asparagus for best results!



  1. In a large bowl, toss asparagus in virgin olive oil, sea salt, and minced garlic. Let sit for 10 minutes
  2. Heat grill on high. Transfer asparagus to grill when grill is hot.
  3. Grill for 8-10 minutes over medium heat until the asparagus has reached your desired tenderness. Make sure to cook the asparagus over indirect heat and not directly over the flame
  4. Remove grilled asparagus from heat and garnish with Lemon Fused Extra Virgin Olive Oil, a squeeze of lemon juice, and sea salt  
  5. Enjoy! Grilled asparagus makes for an easy and healthy summer side dish.
