Goble Burger
(makes four)
Christine Goble won the The Most Freakin Amazing Burger contest on August 16th, 2012!
Winning Tip: Use L’Aspromontano Olive Oil and Il Bordeaux – Aged Balsamic vinegar
Cooking Tip: Watch your burger and do not over cook. Grill on Medium heat and try to flip once, if you must flip, try not to flip too many times. Resist the urge to push your burgers down, this does not make them cook faster it will only dry them out by removing the juices. Flip rule of thumb is when the burger starts to brown half way up.
Burger
- 1 lb Lean Ground Beef
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
- 2 splashes of worcheshire
- 1 pkg Roasted Garlic Lipton Onion Soup Mix
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil (to rub on burger)
Mix first five of the burger ingredients and divide into four equal portions for even cooking time. Once burgers are formed rub both sides with Olive Oil and sprinkle with some fresh ground pepper.
