Cheesy, creamy, and hint-of-truffle dreamy! This isn’t your ordinary macaroni & cheese. Made with our (Gluten Free!) Oat Macaroni, Truffle Mustard, Truffle Infused EVOO and 3 different cheeses, this dish is the definition of comfort in a bowl.
Ingredients
- 1 package Oat Macaroni – Sarafino
- ¼ cup butter
- ¼ cup whole milk
- ¼ tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tsp Truffle Mustard – Sarafino
- ¼ tablespoon Ground Black Pepper
- 1½ cup White Cheddar cheese, shredded
- ½ cup Mozzarella cheese, grated
- 3 tbsp Parmesan cheese, grated
- Truffle Infused EVOO – Sarafino
- Paprika
- Sea salt
- Fresh Parsley for garnish
Directions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- Add Oat Macaroni Pasta and cook for 6 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Drain pasta and return to pot. Add milk and return to stovetop over low heat.
- Stirring constantly, add in the cheese, butter, garlic powder, Truffle Mustard, and pepper.
- Plate and top with a drizzle of Truffle Infused EVOO, a sprinkle of paprika, and a sprig fresh parsley.
- Serve & enjoy!
