Ingredients
- 1 lb Salmon (whole skinless filets or pieces)
- 2 tsp. Olearia San Giorgio Virgin Olive Oil
- Sea Salt
- Organic Fair organic Black Peppercorns
- 3 tbsp. Sarafino Lemon Dill Mustard
Directions
Preheat the oven to 375F. Brush salmon with Virgin Olive Oil and sprinkle with sea salt and pepper on both sides. Lay it on an oiled or parchment lined baking sheet. Cover with lemon dill mustard.
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until desired done-ness.
