Snacking made simple as we ring in the new year 🥂 We’ve got an appealing appetizer you can put together in minutes. These warm marinated olives are incredibly aromatic and delicious – if you love olives, this is the antipasto dish for you!



  1. Pour Virgin Olive Oil into a medium frying pan over low heat.
  2. Immediately add the garlic, fennel seeds, and rosemary. Rinse the salted capers so very little salt remains, then add to the pan.
  3. Sauté for 1 minute or until fragrant. The garlic should not turn brown.
  4. Add the olives to the pan, stirring and coating them with the Virgin Olive Oil and herbs.
  5. Cover for three minutes.
  6. Remove the warm marinated olives from heat. Plate and finish with a generous drizzle of Mandarin Fused Extra Virgin Olive Oil and fresh rosemary.
  7. Enjoy!
