We are a company established in 2003 in Buccheri, Syracuse, at 820 meters above sea level.
Our Coop. extends over 45 hectares of completely pristine volcanic soil, kilometres away from any industrial zone, where our secular native olive trees, watered only by the rain, give us an incredible harvest of the best character. The thermal excursion of these amazing mountains strengthens the trees naturally, gifting us with olives that have unique properties.
Our main Cultivar is the “Tonda Iblea”. This olive grows exclusively in the south-east of Sicily and it is considered one of the best in the world.
We produce olive oil of the highest quality, with a range of organic, D.O.P. and I.G.P products, making sure to oversee every step of the production process. The olives are handpicked, milled the same day of the harvest and stored in atmospherically protected stainless steel silos.
Our range of olive oils have been awarded internationally with more than a hundred prizes and considered among the best oils in the world. We are glad to announce you our latest award: The Best Olive oil Organic and PDO for 2022 in the well known Flos Olei Guide.
