Caper berries are the flower buds picked from a shrub-like bush that are allowed to mature to a fruit about the size of an olive. They lend a salty vinegary punch to recipes and are less intense than capers.

Ideal Pairings/Uses: add to an antipasto platter, garnish a martini, slice and add to a sauce for chicken, beef, fish or veal, add to potato or pasta salads, stuff with goat cheese, garnish hummus or Greek salad, or eat them straight out of the jar!

Ingredients:  Caper berries, white wine vinegar, sea salt, water

Size:  250ml
