This small family producer is located in the plains of Vercelli, Italy where for almost 6 centuries rice has been exclusively cultivated. Everything from the landscape, flora and fauna to the culture of the population and local cuisine is deeply connected with the rice.
There are no added preservatives, colouring agents or flavour intensifiers like glutamate.
Easy to follow cooking instructions on the back of package.

I will definitely purchase this again

I tried this with chicken broth and chicken legs, spiced it up with some Italian spice. The risotto was firm and meaty with a nice tangy tomato. I will definitely purchase this again and may toss in some curry next time.
