Region: Castile La Mancha

Monocultivar:  Picual

Casas De Hauldo makes this quintessential varietal 24 carat liquid gold.

The olives, collected at the right moment of maturity, give way to a greenish-yellow juice. Opening the bottle reveals an oil of great aromatic complexity, robust and intense.

It is the most widespread variety in the olive world. Of Andalusian origin, its adaptation to our conditions is unbeatable, since in somewhat less benign climates the decrease in production translates into increased quality.

The care and dedication with which these trees are cultivated, make it possible to obtain fruits with a high content of polyphenols.

Located in a privileged natural enclave on the banks of the Tagus River, the farm coexists with fauna and flora of great wealth, making the production obtained from these lands special. Year after year, with tenacity, dedication and care, the oils of Casas De Hauldo are no less than premiere.

Intensity:

Tasting Notes:  Intense and highly complex hues of green leaf, green banana, green grass and peppermint. A persistent, bitter and spicy finish.

Ideal Pairings:  Beef stews, fish and ham

Size:  500ml
