Ingredients
- 3/4 cup Chestnut Flour – Sarafino
- 1 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp Virgin Olive Oil
- Pinch of salt
- Sarafino Golden Maple Syrup
Directions:
- Whisk all ingredients together until smooth
- Cook thin layers on a lightly oiled crepe pan.
- Fill with fruits of your choice and drizzle with maple syrup!
