Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups Chestnut Flour – Sarafino
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3 tbsp cold butter
- 3/4 cup milk or buttermilk
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix flours, baking powder and salt. Cut in butter.
- Add milk and stir until dough forms.
- Roll, cut, bake 12-15 mins or until golden.
