Ingredients
- 1 cup Chestnut Flour – Sarafino
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/2 cup Sarafino Dark Maple Syrup
- 1/4 cup milk (dairy or plant based)
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix dry ingredients; in another bowl whisk wet ingredients together.
- Combine, spoon into muffin tin, bake 20-25mins.
Optional - top with chopped nuts or dark chocolate chips!
