Ingredients
- 1 cup Chestnut Flour – Sarafino
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour (or oat flour for gluten free)
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 1/4 cups milk (dairy or plant based)
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp Sarafino Dark Maple Syrup
- Pinch of salt
Directions:
- Mix dry ingredients in one bowl, wet in another
- Combine until just smooth
- Cook in a lightly oiled skillet, 2-3 minutes per side
- Serve with maple syrup, apple slices or roasted chestnuts.
