Mediterranean Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients:
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup dark chocolate (70% cacao or higher, can be flavoured ones), chopped
2 tablespoons maple syrup 
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
Melt the Chocolate: Melt the dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl over simmering water. Let it cool slightly.
Whip the Cream: In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form 
Combine: Gently fold the melted chocolate into the whipped cream, along with maple syrup and vanilla, until fully combined.
Chill: Spoon the mousse into serving cups and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
Serve: Enjoy on its own or with fresh berries on top.
